Iron Wild Fitness started with a simple idea: to create a local, convenient downtown gym where members are known by name—not by a scan code.
Founder and Owner, Aaron Kaufman, spent over a decade managing gyms in Colorado Springs. During that time, he saw the same problem consistently: overcrowded floors, oversold memberships, and environments that felt impersonal and disconnected.
Iron Wild was created as an alternative.
This is a clean, friendly, tight-knit gym designed to support all fitness levels, without the pressure, confusion, or chaos found in big box facilities.
Membership is intentionally limited so the space stays comfortable, accessible, and easy to use—no waiting for equipment, no fighting crowds.
From ownership to staff, Iron Wild is built around creating a place people actually want to come back to.
We chose Pikes Peak Avenue in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs for a reason. This area is growing, evolving, and becoming more connected—and Iron Wild is meant to fit seamlessly into that lifestyle.
